NOTICE: All athletes who entered online for race #3 in 2011 (which was cancelled due to weather) are entitled to one free entry into one of our three sprint triathlons in 2012. Please fill out a registration form at packet pickup, and we will verify your entry based on the list of entries from the cancelled race last season. Thank you!

SCHEDULE:

Packet pick-up: the day before the race, from 12:00-5:00 at Plan B Cycling, in Port Orange.

All events start promptly at 7:00 a.m. Registration & transition area will open on site at 6:00 a.m.

2012 RACE FEES (unchanged from 2011):

$55 individual/$75 relay for each race up to 3 days before the event.

$60 individual/$90 relay for each race for late registration.

$65 individual/$100 relay on day of race.

Shirts are only guaranteed if you are pre-registered.

IMPORTANT NOTE: USA Triathlon (USAT) membership rates have changed for 2012. USAT offers a one-year Adult Membership for $45, and a one-year Youth membership for $15. Save time on race weekend, by purchasing your annual membership in advance!

All athletes are required to have a current USAT membership for all events. Athletes without annual memberships must purchase a one-day membership on site. USAT forms completed on site for one year membership can be paid by credit card. Race day membership can only be paid by cash or check made payable to USAT.

USAT Rules require each competitor show photo ID at packet pickup or day of race registration, and proof of USAT membership, or you will not be allowed to participate. Competitors under 18 must have parent or guardian signature on USAT waiver form.

Credit cards are not accepted unless you register online.

SEASON AWARDS: The Rice & Rose Law Sprint Triathlon Series includes a point system, to create a season-long championship. The top five athletes in the standings (male and female) will be awarded additional prizes after the third and final race of the series. In 2012, athletes will not be required to enter all three events, to be eligible for the season awards.
